James Edward Chatman

James Edward Chatman, age 56 of Centre, passed away Friday, December 18th at Floyd Medical Center of Rome. A memorial service will be held 3 PM Wednesday, December 30th, at Perry Funeral Home Chapel. Survivors include his son, Jamie Chatman; daughter, April Givens; brothers, Glen Chatman, Danny Chatman, and Tim Chatman; sister, Judy MCkinney; grandchildren, Hunter Chatman, Tagan Chatman, and Donnie Givens; great grandchild, Addie Givens. He was preceded in death by his sister, Alice Cole. Mr. Chatman was the son of the late James Kyirel Chatman and Betty Ann Wells. He worked as the Cook for Pat’s Perfections and was of the Baptist faith. Perry Funeral Home Directing.
